Question: Who at IBM is going to reach out to ESPN - a 24/7 online user 
- with >15PETABYTES of content?

Asking customers to copy, reformat, copy back will just cause IBM to 
have to support the older version for a longer period of time

Just my $.03 (adjusted for inflation)
