[gpfsug-discuss] Windows + LDAP + Linux clients interop

Hi Folks

I need to integrate Windows 10 clients into Spectrum Scale cluster that
will have Linux clients.
- The Linux clients get authenticated via LDAP
- The Windows 10 clients authenticate via AD
- There would not be any folder with simultaneous Win/Lin access however
the ACLS are required to protect file/directory access amongst users

I would like to know how file permissions and overall interop would happen.

Do I need to change Win10 client to authenticate via LDAP?
OR can they use LDAP while connecting and using GPFS mounts?
