Yes, the wrong file was originally linked. It should be fixed now.

Yes, you can definitely use this edition in your test labs. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to experiment with new features, config changes, and releases so that you can adopt them with confidence, and discover problems in the lab not production.

No, we do not plan at this time to backport Developer Edition to earlier Scale releases.

If you are having problems with access to the download, please use the Contact links on the Marketplace page, including this one for IBMid issues: https://www.ibm.com/ibmid/myibm/help/us/helpdesk.html. The Scale dev and offering management team don’t have any control over the website or download process (other than providing the file itself for download) or the authentication process, and we’re just going to contact the same people via the same links…
