Hello everyone,

Just joined the list to be part of the community,  so here is a bit about me.

I'm Sean Killen and I work in the Faculty of Biological Sciences at the University of Leeds.   I am responsible for Research Computing,  UNIX/Linux,  Storage and Virtualisation.

I am new to GPFS /SpectrumScale and am currently evaluating a setup with a view to acquiring it primarily to manage a multi-PetaByte storage system for Research Data coming from our new Electron Microscopes,  but also with a view to rolling it out to manage and curate all the research data within the Faculty and beyond.
